Process
Our process is designed to speed development. We have developed a four-part methodology to evaluate business needs and deliver solutions that maximize value and minimize risk and time to market.
Define
The first step toward success begins with understanding your company's needs, goals, and objectives. We propose and agree on a strategic plan of action. We define the requirements, scope, budget, estimated timeline, and benchmarks.
Design
We finalize the details of your project and draft layouts of the information and technology architecture. We create rough mockups of the user interface and design elements. We then fuse the technology and design drafts into one model which will serve as the guide for implementation and execution.
Develop
Using the model created during the Design stage, a working prototype is built. Through means of a project extranet, the prototype is evaluated by you. We test and refine the prototype, keeping in line with the requirements and scope outlined during the Define stage.
Deploy
We load the prototype to the hosting environment and run final tests. We may monitor the solution, record statistics, and compare its success to the benchmarks and/or objectives that were outlined during the Define stage. We can also provide recommendations on how to approach the next generation of the solution.
